vFound Visitors is visitor management software for offices and coworking spaces: guests sign in from a QR sign on their own phone or register from a link, and their host gets an email. It prints a badge and keeps a live list of who is in the building.
An office or coworking reception welcomes interview candidates, clients, contractors and couriers, often for members who are in a meeting when their guest arrives.

The guest scans your QR sign or shows the pass. The host is told when the full name typed matches one person on your list. Otherwise the desk confirms the host first.

What reception sees first
The list starts with what needs a person: a visitor waiting for approval, and a visitor who has signed in whose host the desk has not confirmed yet. Everyone else is under In now, with Expected and Done on the next tabs.

A visit type can wait for the desk to approve it, and the office can have everyone who signs in without an invitation wait too. Visitors who are still signed in after the day ends are signed out automatically once they have been in for 12 hours.
Members invite their own guests
The form on a member's page asks for the guest's name and email, a company if there is one, a visit type, an arrival time and an optional last day. The schedule can be one day, every day in the range or weekdays in the range. The member opens it from a private link, so reception is not typing each invitation.

For coworking spaces: one people list, several locations
Put members on the shared people list so a guest can name who they are visiting. Each location runs as its own venue, with its own QR sign, visitor types and roll call, and one owner sign-in switches between them. A self-serve account holds up to three venues.

How much does vFound Visitors cost for an office?+
US$67/month per venue, billed yearly at US$804, after a 14-day free trial that requires a valid card. Visitors and team members are unlimited, so a busy reception pays the same as a quiet one.
Do we need an iPad at reception?+
No. Visitors can sign in on their own phone from your QR sign, or on any tablet paired in the browser.
Can couriers be recorded too?+
Yes. Delivery visitors appear in vFound Parcels when your venue uses both products.
How long are visits kept?+
You choose from 7 to 365 days for the whole venue or each visitor type, with 365 days as the default.

It is a read-only connection you control, not an OfficeRnD marketplace listing or partner certification.
What happens if a guest names a host who is not on our list?+
The desk confirms the host first. vFound tells the host only when the full name typed matches one person on your list, and until then the visitor appears at the top of the list with Confirm host.
Does a member need a staff login to invite a guest?+
No. A member on your people list invites guests from their own private My vFound page. Staff accounts are separate and are not created by the list.
Does the roll call include our own employees?+
No. The live roll call lists the visitors who are signed in, and optionally those expected. It is not a staff attendance register.
