Apartment package room software: every delivery logged, every resident told.
vFound Parcels is package management software for apartment and condo buildings: it logs each delivery from a photo of its label and emails the resident a pickup code with the unit on record. It records who collected each parcel and when.
An apartment front desk signs for parcels all day for residents who are at work, away for the weekend or waiting on groceries that will not keep.

Parcels pile up, residents ask whether something came, and a missing parcel becomes a question of who signed for what. The answer should take one search, not a walk through the shelves.
How a building runs its package room on vFound
The concierge scans each label and vFound finds the resident. Residents keep control of their own deliveries from one private page.

- vFound AI reads the name and unit from the label and matches the resident on your list; staff can always type the name instead.
- Residents get an email in their own language with a QR code that covers every parcel waiting for them.
- From that page they can set a hold date while they travel, snooze reminders or give a separate code to a neighbour collecting for them.
- Perishables are marked and rise to the top of the list, so groceries and flowers go out first.
- At handover, staff record a signature and can add a pickup photo.
Residents in, residents out
Import the resident list from a spreadsheet saved as CSV, or connect a CSV link that vFound refreshes every hour. When someone moves out, remove them and their name is taken off parcels already collected, while parcels still waiting keep it until they are handed over.
Accountable across shifts
Every concierge has their own login, and every log, reminder and handover carries a name and a time. Shelves show occupancy, labels print on thermal or A4 sheets, and parcels past the collection period appear on a due-back-to-sender list.
A resident sends a neighbour
A resident who cannot get to the desk gives a neighbour's name and email on their private page. vFound emails that person a separate collection pass with its own code. It works once, expires after seven days, and the resident can cancel it from their page. A resident can issue up to five a day.

The pass does not decide anything on its own. The concierge still checks who has arrived and records who collected the parcel.
One handover for the whole unit
A household often receives several parcels in different names. When the concierge opens one to hand it over, the other parcels waiting for the same unit are listed with it, including parcels logged by typed name without a linked person. Staff tick the ones being collected.
The handover lists other parcels waiting for the same unit.

One handover records one name and one time for all of them, with a signature when the venue requires one. A pickup confirmation email goes to each linked person who is still on the list as active and has a valid email address, unless the venue has turned confirmations off. A typed-name parcel is never assumed to belong to a particular resident.
What the next concierge shift can see
Each log, reminder and handover carries the name of the team member and the time. The next concierge searches by name, unit, pickup code or tracking number and sees the shelf. A venue can require a signature at every handover, and then a handover cannot be completed without one.
Do we need lockers as well?
Lockers help when residents must collect while nobody is at the desk. A staffed package room can be enough when someone is there during the hours people collect. Whichever you choose, ask what the installation can hold, including large, perishable and signature-required parcels. The guide sets out the questions.
Check your building requirements
Read more
| Your requirement | Fit | What to check |
|---|---|---|
| Parcel lockers | No | vFound does not control lockers or doors. Shelves, a pickup code and a signature do the locker's job at a staffed desk. |
| Yardi, RealPage, Entrata or BuildingLink | No direct connector | Import residents from a CSV, refresh from a CSV link every hour, or use SCIM or the API. Your property system stays in charge of who lives in the building. |
| Text messages to residents | No | vFound does not send text messages for Parcels. Arrival notices and reminders go by email. |
| Residents send a neighbour or delegate | Yes | A separate one-time code, valid for seven days, that the resident can cancel. |
| Several buildings | Yes | Each building is its own venue with its own people list, shelves and subscription, under one sign-in. |
| Tracking before the parcel reaches the desk | No | Tracking starts when your desk logs the parcel. vFound does not follow it with the carrier beforehand. |
How vFound Parcels works
Three steps from arrival to collection.
- 1
Scan labels without closing the camera.
The barcode fills the tracking number and recognises major carrier formats. vFound AI reads the recipient and room from the label.
- 2
One private page keeps the recipient in control.
Their email opens every waiting parcel behind one QR, with desk arrival, snooze, hold and delegated pickup.
- 3
The desk sees who is here and where to look.
Open the live queue, take parcels from the named shelves, add an optional pickup photo and record any required signature.

Frequently asked questions
How much does vFound Parcels cost for a building?+
US$75/month per venue, billed yearly at US$900, with unlimited parcels, residents and team members, after a 14-day free trial that requires a valid card.
Do residents need an app or an account?+
No. Their email opens a private page in the browser.
Can a resident send someone else to collect?+
Yes. They can give a separate code to the person collecting, from their own page.
Does vFound connect to our property management system?+
Not directly. vFound can refresh the resident list from a CSV link every hour, or through its API.
Can residents track their packages?+
Yes, from the moment your desk logs a parcel. The resident is emailed as each one is logged, and their private My vFound page shows every parcel waiting for them behind one pickup code, with its tracking number (one tap copies it), a link to the carrier’s own tracking page when vFound knows the carrier, the venue’s collection note and pickup hours when it has set them, and any handling that matters, such as a signature or a perishable parcel. Collected parcels stay on the page as a receipt. vFound does not track parcels with the carrier before they reach your building.
Do we need a package locker if we already have a concierge?+
Not necessarily. A staffed package room with shelves, pickup codes and signatures covers collection while someone is at the desk. Lockers matter when residents must collect after the desk closes, and vFound does not control them.
What does the concierge record when a resident sends a neighbour?+
The resident gives the neighbour's name and email, and the neighbour receives a one-time code valid for seven days. At the desk the concierge records who collected the parcel, with a signature if the venue requires one.
Can a concierge hand over a whole household's parcels at once?+
Yes. Opening one parcel lists the other parcels waiting for the same unit. Staff tick the ones being collected, and the handover records one name and one time, with a signature when the venue requires one.
Every parcel, on the record.
