School visitor management software: know which visitors and contractors are on site today.
vFound Visitors is visitor management software for schools and campuses: visitors sign in on their own phone or a lobby tablet, and the person they came to see gets an email. It replaces the paper visitor book, and the office always knows who is on site.
A school or campus front office signs in parents, contractors, speakers and interview candidates all day, often while answering the phone.
A parent signs in on their own phone from the sign at the entrance.
Valid card required. Cancel before day 14 to avoid the yearly charge.

A parent at the front office, a phone in their hand
The front office signs in parents, contractors, speakers and interview candidates, often while it is answering the phone. The aim is that the visitor does the typing and the office sees the result.
Each visitor type has its own rules, so contractors wait for approval and parents do not.

- 1Arrive
Scan the sign
A QR sign at the entrance opens the sign-in form on the visitor's own phone. The office can also pair a tablet it already has. There is no app to install.
- 2Choose
Pick a visitor type
Parents, contractors, speakers and interviews each have their own questions, terms and badge colour. A visitor can add a photo if the type asks for one.
- 3Agree
Accept the school's rules
The visitor agrees to your visitor terms before signing in, and the text they agreed to is kept on the visit.
- 4Tell
The host is told
The staff member is emailed when the full name typed matches one person on your list. Otherwise the office confirms who to tell first.
Different visitors, different rules
A parent collecting a form and a contractor repairing the boiler should not meet the same questions. A visitor type can wait for the office to approve it before the visitor is allowed in, and the office can have everyone who signs in without an invitation wait for approval.

The Contractor type in the picture asks for approval, a private photo and a staff check of a physical photo ID, which are switched on per type. vFound records who checked and when. It stores no ID document image or number and runs no facial recognition or watchlist, and it does not run background checks.
The end of the school day
Anyone still signed in after the day ends is signed out automatically once they have been in for 12 hours, so tomorrow's list starts accurate. You choose how long finished visits are kept, from 7 to 365 days, for the school or for each visitor type.

When the alarm sounds
The live roll call is built from your visitor sign-in records and works on any phone with a connection. The staff on duty open it, and several people can mark visitors safe or missing at once, then finish with a report.
What it covers
- Every visitor and contractor who is signed in.
- Optionally, visitors who are expected but have not arrived.
- A final report to keep.
What it does not cover
- Pupils or staff, because vFound Visitors records visitors, not attendance.
- Whether anyone has physically left the building.
- Alarms or any link to your fire panel.
- Fire roll call software for visitors covers the roll call in more detail.
Try a school morning in the trial
In the 14-day trial, print the QR sign, sign in as a parent and as a contractor on your own phone, approve the contractor, then start a roll call and finish it to see the report. A valid card is required.

Questions from the front office
How much does vFound Visitors cost for a school?+
US$67/month per venue, billed yearly at US$804, after a 14-day free trial that requires a valid card. There is no limit on parents, contractors or other visitors, or on hosts and staff logins.
Do we need to buy a kiosk?+
No. Visitors can sign in on their own phone from the QR sign at your entrance, or the office can pair a tablet it already has as a kiosk in the browser.
Does vFound check visitors' identity or backgrounds?+
No automated ID scan or watchlist. A visitor type can optionally require a private photo and a staff member can record that they visually checked a physical photo ID. vFound stores no ID document image or number and performs no facial recognition.
Can staff see who is on site during a fire drill?+
Yes. A live roll call lists everyone signed in, and several staff can mark people safe at once from their phones, with a final report.
Can a parent sign in without an invitation?+
Yes. A self sign-in from the QR sign is for that day only, and the venue can switch self sign-in off. The office can also have every walk-in wait for approval.
Does vFound check who is allowed to collect a pupil?+
No. It records visitors who sign in. Who may collect a pupil stays in your own records.
Can contractors have different questions from parents?+
Yes. Each visitor type has its own questions, terms and badge colour, so a contractor can be asked for a work order number and agree to your site rules.
